| Dosage | Polymenorrhoea: 5mg OD on day 14-25 of the cycle. Menorrhagia and metrorrhagia: 10mg daily for 10 days. Repeat 2 menstrual cycles with 5mg daily on day 14-25 of each cycle. Premenstrual syndrome: 5mg daily on day 14-25mg of the cycle. Endometriosis: 5-10mg daily for at least 6 months. Selected cases of endometrial carcinoma: 30-50mg daily for at lest 6 months.
